Getting from Kushtia to your Umrah flight
Kushtia has no airport, so pilgrims here choose between a long drive and a shorter drive plus a flight to reach Dhaka, where every Vromon.com.bd Umrah package departs. The nearest airport is Jashore, around two hours away by road, with domestic flights to Dhaka of about 40 minutes. Driving the whole way takes around five hours, depending on the route and the river crossing you use. With either option, aim to reach Dhaka the evening before a morning international flight.
Kushtia’s Regional Passport Office handles e-passport enrolment for the district; you can book your appointment online at epassport.gov.bd before visiting. Allow a few weeks for the passport to arrive, more if police verification is needed. The meningococcal vaccination Saudi Arabia requires of pilgrims is available locally. Once your passport is ready, the Umrah visa is processed as part of our package.
