Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens if you need to cancel depends on what you booked and how close to departure you are, because airlines, hotels and embassies each apply their own rules to us.

Visa service fees

Our service fee is refundable in full if we have not yet submitted your application. Once an application has been lodged, embassy fees are non-refundable — the embassy keeps them whatever the outcome, including a refusal. A visa refusal is not grounds for a refund of the embassy fee.

Tour packages

Cancellation charges depend on how much notice you give and what has already been booked on your behalf. We will always show you the exact deduction in writing before we process a cancellation.

Hajj and Umrah packages

These follow the rules of the registering agency and the Ministry of Religious Affairs, including the government's own refund schedule. We will explain the applicable terms in writing at the time of registration.

How to cancel

Contact us with your reference number. We will confirm the cancellation and the refundable amount in writing before anything is processed. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, usually within 14 working days.

If we cancel

If we cancel a departure, you may choose a full refund of everything you paid us or a transfer to another date without penalty.
