Getting from Faridpur to your Umrah flight
Faridpur is about 120 km from Dhaka by road, roughly 2.5–3 hours depending on traffic and ferry or bridge crossings. Intercity trains also run between Faridpur and Dhaka. Whatever you choose, aim to reach Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at least three hours before the Jeddah flight, or come the day before if you are travelling with elderly parents.
Apply for your e-passport at epassport.gov.bd and choose the Regional Passport Office that serves your address in Faridpur. The passport needs six months' validity on the travel date. Once it is ready, we handle the Umrah visa as part of the package.
