Hajj Registration in Bangladesh

Hajj registration in Bangladesh has two stages on the government Hajj portal run by the Ministry of Religious Affairs: pre-registration, which gives you a serial number, and full registration once your serial falls within the year's quota, by paying the package price. You can register under the government scheme or through a licensed private agency that is a member of HAAB.

  1. Have a machine-readable or e-passport and your national ID ready.
  2. Pre-register on the Hajj portal, at a Hajj office, or through a licensed agency; pay the pre-registration amount. [current pre-registration amount and portal URL — confirm from the Ministry of Religious Affairs before publishing]
  3. Keep your tracking/serial number; the ministry announces which serials fall within each year's quota.
  4. Complete registration within the announced window by paying the government package or your agency's package.
  5. Attend the mandatory training, take the vaccine, and collect your visa and flight details.

Government or private?

The government scheme is run by the ministry at fixed prices. Private Hajj goes through agencies licensed by the ministry and organised in HAAB (Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh). Always check an agency's licence on the ministry's published list before paying.
